Life is about the journey, not the destination.

After overcoming my own addiction on July 11, 2005, I had a strong desire to help others and hopefully make an impact on their lives by conquering their own addictions, trauma, and other challenges.  I have found this to be very rewarding for my clients and myself.

I graduated from San Diego State with a B.S. in Recreation Therapy. Upon graduating, I worked in mental health for many years and have been a certified recovery coach since 2017.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband traveling and visiting our children. I also enjoy reading, exercising, and going to the beach. I also enjoy connecting with friends over lunch or meeting for coffee.
