Angel Harris
Case Manager
"I meet people where they are and walk with them toward where they want to be.”
With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and human services, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through recovery, healing, and life transitions with compassion, discretion, and intention.
My commitment to this work is both professional and deeply personal. Having navigated my own challenges and supported my family through adversity, I bring a grounded sense of empathy and authenticity to every relationship. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals in the neurodivergent community and those impacted by PTSD, complex trauma, and grief—creating space for people to feel seen, understood, and supported in ways that honor their lived experience.
My career has spanned community-based services, healthcare systems, and the justice system, providing me with a nuanced understanding of how complex and interconnected these environments can be. This perspective informs a highly individualized, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to care.
I hold a degree in Psychology and Political Science and lead with compassion, accountability, and purpose. My work is grounded in equity and a deep respect for each person’s unique path forward.Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my son, my cat, and my loved ones. I am drawn to live music, theater, and time in nature—experiences that keep me grounded and connected.
