We offer a comprehensive and customized treatment approach to individuals and families struggling with a substance use disorder, addiction, mental health condition, or co-occurring disorder. Through individualized treatment plans, a focus on family healing, and compassionate guidance, we provide the tools and support necessary for lifelong recovery.
Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process. We meet with individuals one-on-one to understand their history, assess their needs, and develop an individualized plan for treatment and recovery.
When someone is struggling with an addiction or mental health concern, it affects the entire family. We believe in a family-based approach that creates a strong foundation of support and healing for everyone.
We ensure that individuals and their families receive the tools, education, knowledge, and ongoing support necessary to maintain a meaningful life of healing and recovery.
When someone you love is struggling with an addiction or mental health concern, it can be overwhelming to figure out how to help them. We’ve experienced the turmoil firsthand, and we don’t want families to go through the stress of trying to do it on their own. From performing interventions and providing treatment recommendations, to our case management and recovery coaching services, our team of licensed professionals are equipped to help you and your family navigate the path to lifelong recovery. Whether you are concerned about a family member, or you are seeking treatment for yourself, it’s never too late to get professional help.
Recovery from an addiction, substance use disorder, or mental health concern is a challenging journey. Having a proven, comprehensive, and individualized plan that is developed and overseen by a team of experienced clinicians provides you with a strong foundation and increased chances for success.
We view interventions as an interruption to a path that is harmful to individuals and those around them. When an interruption is created, it provides an opportunity for hope and healing.
An intervention is a process not an event. The first step of this process is a meeting that brings a family together to learn about their loved one. Once the intervention team is put together, a vision of hope and healing is created.
Additional Information on Interventions
Addiction and mental health concerns develop for a number of reasons and they vary from person to person. To be able to identify and properly treat those needs, we utilize a comprehensive assessment. During the assessment process, a professional from our clinical team gathers a variety of information about the specific needs of the individual and their family system. This may include their medical history, family history, past trauma(s), medication, and more. Based on their findings, our clinical team will develop and present treatment recommendations that support the individual’s treatment and recovery goals.
After the assessment has been completed, our clinical team will develop and present treatment recommendations that reflect the appropriate level of care needed for the individual. Treatment recommendations vary based on the individual, but may include residential treatment placement, outpatient treatment, recovery coaching, case management, and/or family coaching. Proper placement and treatment recommendations are the foundation for lifelong recovery.

Treatment and Recovery Management
From assessments and coordination of admission to treatment, to discharge planning and facilitation of aftercare plans, our Case Managers provide an additional layer of support and guidance that is so valuable during these challenging times.
Case Management is an essential element of our team approach. Our Case Managers provide oversight, advocacy, coordination, education, and collaboration with everyone involved in the individual’s care. They are involved from the start of care, and their role is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and their family.
Case Managers Are Your Guides
We provide a variety of coaching services designed to support individuals and families throughout the treatment and recovery process.
Our Sober Companions support individuals in early recovery and beyond. They are currently in recovery themselves, and provide compassionate and judgement free companionship to clients.
We provide a sober transport to drive or fly with clients to their intended destination. From traveling to and/or from a treatment facility to providing local transportation, we make sure clients get where they need to go safely.
Transition Assurance Program
We know the importance of forging a new path in recovery. We also know the tools it takes to walk this path with assurance. That’s why we developed this two-week Transition Assurance Program (TAP). TAP provides the guidance, tools, and connection to support individuals and families entering into this crucial phase of recovery.
