Cheryl Pehkonen, CTI

Chief Innovation Officer

Supporting others in reaching their goals has been a consistent mainstay in my life.  This lead me to earning my “D” license as a soccer coach/trainer to support young athletes and later on in life to obtain certification as Care Transitions Intervention Coach (Coleman model) to support the chronically ill in maintaining wellness and learn to advocate for themselves.

After moving to Michigan, I worked with Pam Feinberg, our company founder, for another healthcare provider.  A few months after we both left that company, Pam called and hired me as the first Feinberg employee. I have proudly been associated with Feinberg since 1996. Working for Feinberg Consulting has allowed me to utilize my creativity and innovative nature to create systems that support the clinical staff so they can best focus on our clients, support and oversee company operations and work with our staff to support them in creating and reaching their personal and professional goals.

The culture at Feinberg Consulting supports the 4 Agreements by Miguel Ruiz that I strive to live by:

  • Be impeccable with your word-speak with integrity not only to others but to yourself as well
  • Don’t take anything personally-nothing others do is because of you
  • Don’t make assumptions-find the courage to ask questions and speak as clearly as possible
  • Always do your best – this can change from day to day or moment to moment, simply do your best.

When I’m not at work you will find me in the garden (or planning more for the garden)  upcycling, spending time with family and friends, or just lounging around with my adopted Great Dane, Loki.
