Case Manager

I believe our purpose on earth is to help each other navigate this world and our lives.

As a nurse, I have always considered myself a people person who wants to help others. Eventually, well into my career, I became interested in advocating for people within the healthcare setting.

I graduated from the University of Michigan School of Nursing in 1993 with a BSN and went on to a career in medical-surgical, home health, mother-baby nursing, and eventually case management. While I worked in that area, I was certified in maternal-child health nursing and have since also become certified in case management. I have been a case manager for 11 years, in and out of the hospital setting.

I love spending time with my family, traveling, and staying fit. I also enjoy nutrition, strength training, and cardio exercise. I love dogs, and I have a crazy one named Odin who keeps me on my toes!
